With nearly 25 years of corporate leadership experience β spanning banking, organizational development, and talent strategy β I've seen firsthand what happens when businesses hire well, and what it costs when they don't.
I hold a Master's in Organizational Leadership & Change Management from Colorado State University, a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, and a deep belief that the right hire changes everything for a small business.

When I'm not helping businesses find their next great hire, you'll find me cheering on my daughter Anna as she takes on college, stealing away to Barbados whenever humanly possible, or hunting down the perfect lavender latte. I'm a proud animal lover β my three dogs run the house and I wouldn't have it any other way. I've been known to quote U2 lyrics in a business meeting, and I firmly believe that laughter is non-negotiable in work and in life. My spouse keeps me grounded through all of it. πΎ
