With nearly 25 years of corporate leadership experience β€” spanning banking, organizational development, and talent strategy β€” I've seen firsthand what happens when businesses hire well, and what it costs when they don't.

I hold a Master's in Organizational Leadership & Change Management from Colorado State University, a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, and a deep belief that the right hire changes everything for a small business.

I'm a proud animal lover β€” my three dogs run the house and I wouldn't have it any other way.
